Announcing our new DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) group starting this summer! Join a small group weekly for a combined lecture/discussion group to learn and implement skills.
Starting June 11 for 7 weeks from 3 pm to 5:15 pm. All material provided. Intake required for new clients.

Teen Support Group
Therapist led support group for teens 14-18 to support one another while learning to implement social, coping, communication, and life skills.
Starts June 11 and runs the entirety of the summer.
Wednesdays 1pm - 2pm
